Tariffs, Duties, and Import Taxes

All products sold by HWBT are subject to applicable customs regulations in the country of import. T-shirts and hoodies are manufactured in Turkey, and everything else in China. Accordingly, shipments may be subject to tariffs, duties, or other import-related charges depending on the country of destination.

U.S. DUTIES AND TAXES:

U.S. customers should be aware that goods manufactured in Turkey or China will be subject to additional tariffs or duties as determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and such charges remain the responsibility of the customer. Any order placed after Tuesday 4th November 2025, will have these charges will be applied to the order at the checkout and there will be no additional fees to pay upon receipt of your parcel. Orders placed before this date will have to pay the charges separately upon receipt of the parcel.

EU VAT:

For customers within the European Union, HWBT operates under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme, and applicable VAT will be collected at the point of sale, thereby exempting the customer from additional import charges upon delivery. Please note this only applies to orders under a value of €150.

Customers located outside the European Union are solely responsible for the payment of any such tariffs, duties, taxes, or related fees imposed by their local customs authorities.
