How much will shipping cost?

UK shipping is free for orders over £50, any orders less than that will be charged a shipping fee at a flat rate of £2.99 for Royal Mail and £2.95 for InPost Locker & Shops delivery.

International shipping will be calculated at checkout; the carrier is DHL Express.

What is the status of my order?

Tracking will be provided once your order is shipped so please check your dispatch email for tracking information.

If you select InPost Lockers & Shops, please ensure you choose the pickup location on the page following the checkout. If one is not chosen, the parcel will be delivered to your nearest branch

When will I receive my order?

3-5 working days for UK orders.

5-8 working days (destination dependant) for international orders.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you received an email saying that your order shipped, then we cannot cancel your order. It means it has already left our warehouse and it is in the good graces of the carriers. If it has not shipped, and you wish to change or cancel an order after you’ve submitted it, please email our Customer Support team at hwbt@matarmstrong.co.uk along with your order number and we will do our best to amend your order.
