Refund policy

We hope you love your order. If not, returns are simple and hassle-free.

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Please note that original shipping costs, signed items and E-Gift Cards are non-refundable.

How to Return

• UK Returns: Log in to your account to request a return. Once your return request is approved you’ll receive a label or QR code. A £3.20 return fee per parcel will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once received, returns are inspected and processed within 5 working days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 2–5 working days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To select a different size, colour, or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
