The customer is responsible for any applicable tariffs, duties, or import taxes charged by their local customs authority. The only exception is for orders shipped to EU member states, with a value less than €150, as we operate under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme.

Extended Christmas Return Policy
To make your holiday shopping stress-free, we’ve extended our return period for the festive season. All purchases made between November 9th and December 24th, 2025 can be returned until January 15th, 2026. Items must be unworn, with the swing tag still attached.

Standard Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in original condition with the swing tag still attached.
