REFUNDS

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must also be in the original packaging, with the tag still attached. Signed products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund request has been rejected. For example, if there is clear signs of use.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 working days. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We cannot guarantee an exchange but we will do our best to offer one, as long as we have the size available. If you need to exchange it for the same item, firstly send us an email at info@matarmstrong.co.uk so that we can check our available sizes.

Please include a packed note with your name, order number and size request for the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we will not be able to refund an item we have not received.
